Revamp of Specialty Gas Operations Network

The production and distribution of specialty gases in Asia provided lower than customer experience, as 4 subsidiary production facilities were providing competing products or were internally selling products to fill capability gap in a fragmented way.  I led a deep-dive into this operations network with the involvement of the local stakeholders concerned to recommend a revamp of the network with the rationalization of production capabilities, the harmonization of cross-border logistics with outsourced partners, and an implementation plan.
