Hardgoods and equipment warehousing in the European subsidiaries was fragmented and not aligned with industry best practice. I led a feasibility study enabling management decisions on warehousing opportunities in Europe. With a team of expert stakeholders, I analysed present-state data and modelled it into a choice of central, local and hybrid scenarios. The recommendation for a central solution led to a decision on a warehousing project for the equipment business.
