Engineering projects in the region were lacking in quality of delivery. I overhauled the existing Engineering Management Of Change framework to foster standardisation and discipline in the execution of engineering. Within this transformation program of over four years, engineering resources began delivering competent projects to financial and time expectations. Consequetly I instigated an engineering quality performance dashboard to help sustain these improvements going forward.
