Operational data indicated that the use of industrial gas cylinder assets in the region could be optimised. I delivered a feasibility study in the form of a challenge to the existing mindset for the operations of gas cylinders. I developed an asset leasing model, identified financial benefits, and assessed key implementation hurdles.
