Australian Paper in southern Australia required 18 bar gaseous oxygen to bleach paper. I developed and installed a 22 TPD non-cryogenic Pressure Swing Adsorber plant to meet the client´s requirements, by integrating 2 novel BOC-design PSA units, 4 screw compressors, equipment, and a remote-monitored / automatic control system. After successful commissioning with the contribution of a team of specialists from BOC and suppliers, performance and economic targets were met. This plant is currently still in operation.
